We reserve the right to deny services to anyone who does not meet these criteria or who violates these Terms.

Elevate Matchmaking provides tailored, one-on-one matchmaking services exclusively for individuals with herpes. Our services include:

  • Personalized intake

  • Confidential analysis and match curation

  • Private match introductions and follow-up

We strive to create meaningful connections but cannot guarantee a romantic relationship, marriage, or long-term success.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client of Elevate Matchmaking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and complete information in your intake form

  • Treat all matches and communications with respect and discretion

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind

  • Refrain from sharing other users’ private information without consent

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

 

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for matchmaking services are provided during the consultation process. Payment must be made in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, including initial consultations, intake processing, or match selections.

6. No Guarantees

While we work to facilitate meaningful matches, Elevate Matchmaking cannot and does not guarantee:

  • The number of matches you will receive

  • The outcome or success of any introduction

  • That every match will be mutually interested

All matches are made in good faith based on compatibility and the information provided.

 

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Dishonesty during the intake process

  • Harassment or misconduct

  • Violation of these Terms

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elevate Matchmaking is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use of our services

  • Interactions with matches

  • Any emotional, psychological, or physical outcomes arising from relationships formed through our platform

You acknowledge that you engage with other members at your own discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
